Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

US Shipping Options We ship to addresses within the United States only.

• Free Standard Shipping — Orders $75 and over qualify for free USPS Standard Shipping (estimated 3–5 business days).
• Flat Rate Shipping — Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.00.
• USPS Priority Shipping — Expedited delivery available at checkout (estimated 1–3 business days).

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, from which you can find your estimated delivery date. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to begin to update.

This timeframe can be extended up to 1 week during peak shopping times such as new product launches, sales, and holidays.

Sunguard cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages. We will do what we can to recover the package and make it right for you, but it is your responsibility to look into it first.
