Shipping policy

Domestic shipping (USA):

All orders will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.

Transit time will depend on selection at checkout:

Free US Shipping on orders $75+ via USPS Standard Shipping: 3-5 days

USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 days

 

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, from which you can find your estimated delivery date. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to begin to update.

*This time-frame can be extended up to 1 week during peak shopping times such as new product launches, sales, and holidays. 

International shipping

All purchases will be processed within 1-3 days of ordering and shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.  Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, from which you can find your estimated delivery date. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to begin to update. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks from ship date for delivery. Delays may occur due to customs or otherwise. 

*Sunguard cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages. We will do what we can to recover the package and make it right for you, but it is your responsibility to look into it first.
